Q: How much does it cost to hire a coach?

A: There isn’t a set price for hiring one of our coaches; instead, the cost will depend on the requirements for your booking. This means that the simplest way to find out the cost for your journey is to call 020 8312 9514 and have a member of our team provide you with a full, no obligation quote.

Q: Is there VAT on coach hire? 

A: There is no VAT charged for coach hire. This is one of the perks of coach travel that helps to make it an affordable and cost-effective method of transportation.

Q: Are your coaches accessible?

A: We have a varied fleet of wheelchair accessible and PSVAR compliant vehicles available.

Q: Are your drivers DBS checked?

A: Yes. As part of our commitment to safety, we require all our drivers to undergo enhanced DBS checks and to hold a valid DBS certificate. This ensures that we’re able to work with schools and children.

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: The majority of our pick-ups take place around London and the Home Counties but our destinations can be anywhere throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. Q: Can I drink alcohol on board?

A: We do not permit the consumption of food or alcohol on any of our vehicles.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know that you need to cancel the booking. This is particularly important as, depending on how close it is to the agreed date of travel, there may be a cancellation charge. For example, if you cancel within 24-hours of the date of travel we will charge the full price of your booking.

Q: Can I change my booking?

A: Yes. We understand that circumstances can change and your original booking may no longer be suitable. As a result, most of our bookings can be altered up to 24 hours before the date of travel, depending on the change in question.

Q: When is my payment due?

A: We will confirm this with you as part of the booking process. However, in most cases payment will be due five working days before the date of travel.

Q: How old are your coaches?

A: We regularly invest in our fleet so that our vehicles are modern, safe, and efficient. By replacing our older vehicles on an ongoing basis, we ensure that most of the vehicles in our fleet are no more than four years old.
